La decimotercera edici\u00f3n de Vinoble confirm\u00f3 una vez m\u00e1s por qu\u00e9 este sal\u00f3n internacional sigue siendo una cita \u00fanica en el calendario vin\u00edcola mundial. Ninguna otra feria re\u00fane con semejante especializaci\u00f3n a los grandes vinos generosos, dulces, fortificados y de larga crianza procedentes de pa\u00edses tan diversos como Espa\u00f1a, Portugal, Francia, Chipre&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La edici\u00f3n de 2026 reuni\u00f3 a 66 expositores de ocho pa\u00edses y recibi\u00f3 a miles de profesionales procedentes de cerca de cuarenta naciones, consolidando a Jerez como la capital internacional de los vinos nobles. Es pasar de un VORS jerezano con m\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os de crianza a una Commandaria chipriota heredera de la Edad Media; de un Banyuls franc\u00e9s nacido frente al Mediterr\u00e1neo a un Oporto procedente de los escarpados bancales del Duero. Cada stand ofrece una interpretaci\u00f3n distinta de c\u00f3mo el tiempo transforma el vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El universo VORS y VOS de la D.O. Jerez<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los espacios m\u00e1s visitados del sal\u00f3n fue el dedicado a los vinos VORS y VOS del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sherry.wine\/es\/marco-de-jerez\/el-consejo-regulador\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Consejo Regulador de Jerez y Manzanilla<\/a>. Estos sellos representan algunas de las categor\u00edas m\u00e1s exclusivas del mundo del vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los VOS (Very Old Sherry) certifican vinos con una vejez media m\u00ednima de veinte a\u00f1os, mientras que los VORS (Very Old Rare Sherry) garantizan crianzas superiores a los treinta a\u00f1os. Son aut\u00e9nticas reliquias enol\u00f3gicas donde el tiempo se convierte en un ingrediente m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el stand pudieron degustarse amontillados, olorosos, palo cortados y pedro xim\u00e9nez que reflejan el extraordinario patrimonio bodeguero del Marco de Jerez. La complejidad arom\u00e1tica, la profundidad gustativa y la capacidad de transmitir d\u00e9cadas de historia en una copa siguen siendo una de las se\u00f1as de identidad que diferencian a Jerez del
