La finca del llagar de donde proceden las manzanas con las que se elabora Valver\u00e1n 20 Manzanas es la pomarada m\u00e1s extensa de Asturies y de Espa\u00f1a, si hablamos de variedades aut\u00f3ctonas asturianas. Se trata del \u00fanico llagar asturiano que elabora, en exclusiva, esta categor\u00eda de sidra en sus instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre de Valver\u00e1n 20 manzanas procede de la cantidad necesaria para elaborar cada botella de 37,5 cl., ya que contiene el mosto concentrado de, m\u00ednimo, 20 manzanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La elaboraci\u00f3n de esta bebida es limitada a tan solo 30.000 botellas. Para su elaboraci\u00f3n se utilizan principalmente seis variedades de manzanas asturianas, que son <em><strong>Raxao, Durona de Tresali, Verdialona, De la Riega, Xuanina y Fuentes<\/strong><\/em> y comprende un complejo proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n lento que necesita tiempo y paciencia, de hecho, desde que se cosechan las manzanas en el llagar hasta la comercializaci\u00f3n de esta sidra de hielo transcurren dos a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><strong>Nota de cata de los productores:<\/strong> La sidra de hielo Valver\u00e1n 20 Manzanas se trata de una bebida fresca y sorprendente que armoniza a la perfecci\u00f3n con foie, quesos y postres poco dulces.
