Un producto artesano, hecho con mimo e ingredientes de la mejor calidad \u00a0que desde 1965, lleva confiando en el progreso e innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica para la mejora continua de los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n de sus productos, lo que les ha convertido en una empresa referente en el sector. Fabrican a diario una gama de m\u00e1s de 200 productos \u00a0que distribuyen a m\u00e1s de 25.000 clientes en Espa\u00f1a. El secreto est\u00e1 en su materia prima, el 70% de los cereales utilizados provienen de sus propias explotaciones agr\u00edcolas cultivadas de forma sostenible. Utilizan la masa madre sin lactosa como base de sus panes, el aceite de oliva virgen extra de su tierra, agua, levadura y sal todo ello respetando los tiempos de fermentaci\u00f3n necesarios para que los aromas y texturas sean los adecuados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Pan<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FORMATO:<\/strong> Bolsa de 140g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong> Harina de trigo y de centeno, agua, masa madre, sal, levadura y aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>INFORMACI\u00d3N NUTRICIONAL 100g<\/strong>.:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VALOR ENERG\u00c9TICO: 375Kcal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GRASAS: 2g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SATURADAS: 0,5g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HIDRATOS DE CARBONO: 76g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AZ\u00daCARES: 1,4g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PROTEINAS: 12g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SAL: 3g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NOTA DE CATA:<\/strong> Aspecto de minibarras bien tostadas con la harina visible, en nariz tiene un claro aroma cereal con matices tostados y alg\u00fan toque frutal. En boca tiene una textura crujiente en el que vuelven a aparecer los matices de cereal bien conseguidos, se hace protagonista el tostado incluso un poco especiado, sabroso y dif\u00edcil de controlar su adicci\u00f3n.
