Puede ser de desayuno, almuerzo o cena, es la preferida de todos. Las comemos con infinidades de rellenos: carne mechada, carne molida, pollo mechado, pernil, lomito, queso, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nosotros los VENEZOLANOS le damos nombres muy peculiares a las arepas seg\u00fan su relleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>pelua<\/strong> es la de carne esmechada una carne que se sancochada y luego se esmecha con la mano en tiras y se sazona con ali\u00f1os y especificaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>catira<\/strong> es la arepa rellena con queso amarillo rallado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;La de <strong>pabell\u00f3n<\/strong> es aquella que est\u00e1 rellena de nuestro plato t\u00edpico, carne esmechada, caraotas negras o frijoles negros, y tajadas que son pl\u00e1tanos maduros fritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>Domin\u00f3<\/strong> de caraotas o frijoles negros y queso rallado blanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>reina pepiada<\/strong> es la rellena de una rica ensalada de pollo esmechado, papas, petipuas o arvejas verdes, perejil , cilantro ,pimienta, sal&nbsp; un aderezo de mayonesa semidulce .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>doble blanco<\/strong> como la pieza del juego domin\u00f3 es rellena con mantequilla y queso blanco llanero rallado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>tradicional<\/strong> esta rellena de un rico trozo de jam\u00f3n y un queso llanero llamado queso de mano.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large has-custom-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"631\" src=\"https:\/\/rtvgastro.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AREPA-1024x631.jpg\" alt=\"La arepa es algo que comemos los venezolanos diariamente. Puede ser de desayuno, almuerzo o cena, es la preferida de todos\" class=\"wp-image-2490\" style=\"border-top-left-radius:20px;border-top-right-radius:20px;border-bottom-left-radius:20px;border-bottom-right-radius:20px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rtvgastro.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AREPA-1024x631.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rtvgastro.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AREPA-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rtvgastro.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AREPA-768x473.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rtvgastro.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AREPA-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/rtvgastro.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AREPA.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Arepa venezolana<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Para 10 arepas\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2\u00a0tazas y \u00bd de\u00a0agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas\u00a0de harina de ma\u00edz blanca precocida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita\u00a0sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 verter el agua en un recipiente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 mezclar hasta obtener una masa suave y sin grumos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dejar reposar 3 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dividir la masa en 10 porciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Formar bolitas de masa y aplanar con las manos hasta obtener discos de 10 cm aproximadamente.\u00a0*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Cocinar a fuego medio en un sart\u00e9n o budare\u00a0 hasta que est\u00e9n doraditas por ambos lados.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Opcional:<\/strong> Colocar en el horno unos 10 minutos para que las arepas se abomben y est\u00e9n m\u00e1s tostaditas.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>* NOTA:<\/strong> Cuando aplanas las arepas no deben agrietarse.
