Uno de esos espumosos que se elaboran en Catalunya y que tienen toda la elegancia de un buen champagne con todo el atractivo de un buen cava, uno de esos productos que marcan el inicio de una larga conversaci\u00f3n con un producto vivo, que evoluciona y que te despierta intereses m\u00faltiples. En definitiva un vino de calidad de los que apetece. Tiene una gran calidad-precio y est\u00e1 por debajo del precio habitual de los champagne mas comerciales, entre 22 y 25 \u20ac, precio equilibrado en raz\u00f3n a su complejidad de elaboraci\u00f3n y lo que nos ofrece este vino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto Duran nace en el a\u00f1o 2002 y su primera a\u00f1ada sale al mercado en 2007, todos sus cavas pertenecen a la categor\u00eda de Gran Reserva es decir tienen una crianza de mas de 30 meses sobre sus l\u00edas. Otra de las peculiaridades de estos cavas es que todos las botellas vienen con la indicaci\u00f3n de la a\u00f1ada y de la fecha de deg\u00fcelle dato muy importante que nos indica de alguna manera la fecha de caducidad del vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duran 5 Varietales Gran Reserva<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Variedades:<\/strong>&nbsp;Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Pinot noir y Chardonnay fermentada en barricas de roble franc\u00e9s Allier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crianza:<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1s de 36 meses. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tipo<\/strong>:&nbsp;Brut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Botella Catada 75 cl.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Degustaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a 8\u00baC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grado Alcoh\u00f3lico:<\/strong> 11.5% vol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NOTA DE CATA:<\/strong> Interesante complejidad con aromas de frutas maduras como la pi\u00f1a, la guayaba, peque\u00f1os matices de melocot\u00f3n y fruta de la pasi\u00f3n, atractivas notas de panader\u00eda con un peque\u00f1o toque goloso y especiado. En boca es elegante, con un carb\u00f3nico muy bien integrado y sabroso, tiene estructura suficiente para enfrentarse a platos de car\u00e1cter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CALIFICACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> 90 &#8211;
